This means that they are bound to get a majority of their information form their social media platforms. It also means that they will be more willing to participate in programs that stem from social media platforms more than say paper campaigns. On the other hand, the older generation tends to rely more on physical relationships with goods and services, requires stores where they can go and see the product, test it out before buying. In discovering where your client is you can target them for maximum results.
- Know your business well – a customer will always want to feel safe and secure that he or she has made the right choice in going with you or choosing your product. They will want to be assured that yours is the correct and best choice. In knowing your business and industry in general, you are able to offer the client with such assurances. During your pitches, you can easily explain to the client why yours is the best choice and why they should stick with you. This confidence that you show attracts customers to your business.
- Position yourself properly in the market – attracting customers has to do with the mental processes of the client. If a client determines that you are the best in the market then they will be more inclined to choose you as the answer to their need. Positioning yourself in the market as the best solution for the need you are trying to curb is one of the best ways to attract customers to you.
